The 1800s vintage dog-trot camp house is completely restored with a total remodel that includes all new electric, plumbing, central HVAC, insulation, metal roof, masonry stone fireplaces, and stripping of old paint to expose the original heart-pine walls and floors. Great efforts were taken in the preservation of this historic dogtrot house and the maintenance of the original 100% heart pine construction while maintaining the exact original footprint.
