This top quality cranberry operation in located in the heart of Oregon's premier cranberry growing area - Bandon. Set on the Southern Oregon Coast, with a long growing season and plentiful water supply. 56.8 acres of cranberry bogs produce more than 1-million pounds of cranberries grown on site. Including in this offering is a 20,000+ square foot processing facility which cleans, packs and ships more than 4-million pounds of cranberries per year and has the capacity to process up to 13-million pounds of fruit. The processing facility utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, has on-site water treatment, three offices and the potential for a gift shop. Incoming fruit is weighed on the truck scale and received at the front of the facility. A truck dock and large shipping/storage yard allows for efficient movement of cleaned fruit off-site.
The main residence is set on a gentle knoll overlooking the farm. A custom-crafted Victorian style home with more than 10,000 square feet. Superbly built and finely appointed. An additional residence may be used for guests or a farm manager's quarters.
5 reservoirs have water storage rights for irrigating and the flooding of bogs for harvest. There are multiple irrigation wells with 4 pump-houses. There are also multiple residential wells for potable water.
Adjacent to the farm is an additional 80-acre parcel that would be available for further expansion purposes.
